Refund Policy

1. Membership Fees
All membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

In special cases such as serious medical conditions or relocation, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to supporting documents and management approval.

If approved, refunds will be processed after deducting usage charges, administrative fees, and applicable taxes.

2. Personal Training & Class Packages
Payments made for personal training sessions or group class packages are non-refundable.

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as used.

Unused sessions may be transferred to another member only with management’s written approval.

3. Promotional Offers & Discounts
Refunds are not applicable on any discounted memberships, trial offers, or special promotions.

Offers once availed cannot be converted to other plans or transferred.

4. Cancellation Before Start Date
If a member wishes to cancel their membership before the start date, a partial refund may be granted after deducting a processing fee.

Requests must be submitted in writing within [3/7] days of purchase.

5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
