1. Membership
All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Members must present a valid ID or membership card upon entry.

Memberships may be frozen only for medical or travel reasons, with prior written notice and proper documentation.

Management reserves the right to terminate any membership for violation of these terms or misconduct.

2. Code of Conduct
Members must treat staff and other members with respect.

Proper gym attire and footwear are required at all times.

Use equipment responsibly and wipe it down after use.

Abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate suspension or cancellation.

3. Health & Safety
Members confirm they are in good physical condition and have no medical condition preventing them from safely using the facilities.

Consult your physician before starting any exercise program.

GoldFitFitness is not liable for any injuries sustained while on the premises.

In case of any medical emergency, staff will take appropriate action including contacting emergency services.

4. Use of Facilities
Operating hours may change due to holidays, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Personal training by outside trainers is not allowed unless approved by management.

Lockers are for daily use only. The gym is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Sauna, steam room, or any special facility usage is subject to availability and may require prior booking.

5. Payments & Refunds
All fees (membership, personal training, group classes) must be paid in advance.

No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or early cancellation.

Late payment may lead to suspension of services.

Special offers, discounts, and referral bonuses are subject to change.

6. Cancellation Policy
Membership cancellation must be requested in writing at least [7/15/30] days in advance.

No partial refunds will be given for unused portions of a membership term.

For class or session cancellations, a minimum [6/12/24] hour notice is required to avoid charges.

7. Privacy
Member data is collected and used as per our Privacy Policy.

CCTV is used for safety and security across the premises.

Photos or videos taken inside the gym may be used for promotional purposes unless the member opts out in writing.

8. Changes to Terms
GoldFitFitness reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted at the front desk and on our website.
